Hot Stuff - Pittsburgh Glass Center - Installation

Hot Stuff

The images are of John Miller's Pop-art inspired glass sculptures featured in the Pittsburgh Glass Center's exhibition Hot Stuff, presented in conjunction with Morgan Contemporary Glass Gallery. Pittsburgh Tribune Review art critic Kurt Shaw recently noted of the exhibition that, "some [of Miller's] groupings emphasize the formality of the medium with which it is made and how it moves; while others envelope a sense of humor and playfulness…Looking at Miller's work, his passion and love for the material is evident."

The exhibition is on view at the PGC’s Hodge Gallery through September 26, 2010. Additional work by John Miller is a part of morgan's expertease exhibition, which can be seen in the gallery through October 2, 2010.
