now on exhibit gesture&cadence has been extended through August 30. It features work that evokes ideas of modulation and movement, capturing and preserving the inherent qualities of the medium. Two artists making their debut in the gallery are Steve Immerman and William Todd McClure. Immerman juxtaposes wild, chaotic design elements with serene backgrounds and geometric regularity in his kilnformed sculptures, while McClure’s stylized glass female forms are like dresses blown and etched to evoke the translucence of fabric. Sculpture by Alex Bernstein, Benjamin Cobb, Ben Edols & Kathy Elliott, Marty Kaufman, Jiyong Lee, and Jay Macdonell remains on view with the addition of some new pieces by Orfeo Quagliata.

morgan contemporary glass is open during First Friday Art Walk August 1 5:30 - 9pm
